BOOKING POLICIES
Booking Policy
To secure your reservation, we require 50% at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to check in using a valid Visa, Mastercard, or American Express (debit cards not accepted).
Bookings can be from 1 night to a maximum of 90 nights
Cleaning Free of $165 per stay.
Minimum age to rent is 25.
Maximum overnight guests is 6 persons.
$25 charge per stay for each additional guest after 2 guests.
Only registered guests are permitted.
No events or party hosting is allowed unless authorized.
Quiet Hours from 11pm- 7 am.
Cancellation & Modification Policy
The Grove has a 30-day cancellation policy.
Prepayments are fully refundable when canceled 30 days+ before arrival.
Prepayments are refundable at 50% when cancelled 29 days before arrival or earlier.
Prepayments are 0% refundable if cancelled 28 days before arrival.
Early departures after check-in will be charged the full reservation amount; no refunds for unused nights
Children
Please note there is no safety gate for the ladder to the loft bedroom. A highchair can be made available on request.

(Please advise us if you will be arriving after 9 pm).

Turn off lights & lock the door
Switch off gas fireplace & BBQ
Pet Policy
Well-behaved dogs are welcome to The Grove with the understanding that:
Pet Fee of $50 is applied.
2 dogs max (small or medium only).
No large dogs permitted.
Not allowed on furniture, must be leashed at all times while outdoors, and not be left unaccompanied within the Home.
Additional cleaning fees (up to $200) may be charged after check-out for pet mess.
Additional damage fees to furniture or finishes may be charged on the chance that they happen.
Damage & Incidentals
Accidents happen. Please report any damage. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
Smoking
Smoking and vaping are not permitted within the residence.
